ILLUSTRATION EXAMPLES
As you can see below, I love working in a variety of styles to best suit the mood of a story and to match an author’s personal taste. I begin with traditional sketches on paper to flesh out ideas and then move to Procreate to create efficient digital files ready for print. I also have graphic design skills and can assist clients in the creation of their publication layouts and submissions to printers.
SURFACE DESIGN PORTFOLIO
In addition to narrative illustration, I have an extensive portfolio in repeating pattern surface design illustration. This comes in handy if you also need an illustrator who is experienced in helping you to create merchandise to accompany your book or project.
Below you can see just a tiny portion of my fabric designs, though you may like to pop over to my Spoonflower artist account to see all the designs in my fabric design portfolio.
TOY DESIGN
As an experience seamstress, I also know how to design characters that can been then sewn up into toys adding potential merchandising opportunities for your characters. Here are a few examples of my easy-sew characters.
Thank you for viewing my portfolio, please feel free to contact me for further examples.
