Shipping Calculations

We ship worldwide. Our shipping profiles are based on Australia Post services. If you wish to arrange an alternate shipping arrangement for example, via courier, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange a shipping quote.

Dispatch

From Monday to Fridays, as soon as we receive your order we strive to prepare and dispatch complete ready-to-ship orders that same day if payment is received before midday or else the following morning. If we receive your order Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched first thing Monday morning or the next business day in the case of public holidays. Our postal service does not currently operate over weekends or public holidays.

Some items are custom orders, meaning that they will need to be manufactured by us before we are able to send them. Turn around is usually 1 week for manufacture depending on the order. Items that must be manufactured first will have these details listed in the product description.

Digital products such as patterns and ebooks will be dispatched as soon as payment is received. Please check your email for the download or access link. If you do not receive your digital product link email within 24hrs and have checked your junk mail folder please contact us so we can resend your file/s or arrange an alternate transfer.

Destination estimations

We go buy Australia Post's estimated delivery times of their services. The table below is an estimate. These times are by no means guaranteed and can be affected by poor weather, public holidays, distance your locale is from major cities and unforeseen events. Please order well in advance if your order is time sensitive, we will always do our best to dispatch quickly.

 

AUSTRALIA:

  • Regular post: 5 to 7 business days
  • Express Post: 1 to 3 business days

NEWZEALAND:

  • Regular post: 7 to 10 business days*
  • Express Post: 5 to 7 business days*

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Regular post: 2 to 4 weeks*
  • Express Post: 5 to 7 Business Days*
